Good experience in all respects: quick appointment and repair for my bike which was out of adjustment at the derailleur level and needed the annual service. Good contact with the people involved and no paperwork, including with state aid!

I had my bike repaired at Boussole. The welcome wasn't particularly warm: they did the job and that was it. On the other hand, the service was fast: dropped off at 9:30 a.m., picked up at 2:00 p.m. It's efficient if you want something simple and done quickly.
